Expiring memberships audience

Text members whose membership is about to end, so they can renew and keep their benefits.

Set it up

Start a new filter

Go to Products → Outbound → Audience Filters, select New Filter, and name it “Expiring memberships”. New to filters? See Create an audience.

Include members whose membership ends soon

In the Include group, add these rules:

Category	Field	Setting
Memberships	Membership Status	Active
Memberships	Membership End Date	relative, from today to 15 days in the future

Starting from today means memberships that already ended aren’t included.

Leave out customers you never text

Add an Exclude group with this rule:

Category	Field	Setting
Customer	Customer Tag	Your tags to skip, like Do Not Service or Do Not Call

Check it and save

Look at Potential Reach, select view to see the people on the list, then select Save.

Your tag names come from your own ServiceTitan account, so use the ones you already have.
