Open Channels → Booked Calls to focus on calls that resulted in a booking. This page appears only when it is enabled for your team.

Find and inspect a booking

  1. Set the date range in the upper-right corner.
  2. Browse the rows and use pagination to move through the selected period. The table shows date, customer name, phone number, street address, and ZIP code.
  3. Select a row to open the full call details.
  4. Review the recording, transcript, outcome, and booking information available for that call.
Use Export CSV to download all booked calls in the selected date range. The export uses the current team and dates, so confirm both before sharing it.
Booked Calls is a focused operational list. Use Calls or Call Flows when you need all calls, additional filters, or funnel analysis.
