Open Analytics → Revenue to review job and revenue performance for the selected team. Revenue Analytics appears only when enabled and depends on ServiceTitan data. The page is read-only. Changing its date range does not modify jobs, invoices, or attribution records.

Set the reporting period

Revenue Analytics opens to the most recent 30 days. Choose a different date range to update every card, chart, and campaign row on the page. The trend is grouped daily for ranges of seven days or fewer and weekly for longer ranges. Recent or partially synced periods can change as ServiceTitan data arrives.

Read Performance

The Performance cards include:
  • Total Revenue: ServiceTitan revenue represented in the selected period
  • Completed Jobs: completed jobs in the period
  • New Customers: customers counted as new in the period
  • Avg Revenue/Job: completed-job revenue divided by completed jobs; $0 and low-revenue completed jobs remain in the denominator
  • Opportunity Job Avg.: revenue from ServiceTitan job opportunities divided by the opportunity-job count
  • Completion Rate: completed jobs divided by total jobs
An opportunity job is a completed job that is not marked No Charge, or a No Charge job whose invoice subtotal meets its job type’s sold threshold. The average-revenue cards use job completion date for the date filter, which can differ from booking or creation date.

Understand Avoca Revenue Attribution

The second card group attributes direct and follow-on revenue to Avoca channels:
  • Inbound Calls
  • Outbound Calls
  • Simple Scheduler
  • Texting, including supported SMS and web messaging channels
Direct revenue comes from a job booked through that Avoca channel. Indirect revenue comes from eligible follow-up work for the same customer after the channel-booked visit, within the follow-on window configured for the team and without an intervening inbound call. Total Avoca Revenue combines direct and indirect revenue across channels. When the same job could be attributed to multiple channels, it is counted once using this priority: Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Simple Scheduler, then Texting. Hover the information control on a card to see its direct and indirect job counts and the exact follow-on window applied to your team.
Attributed revenue is an operational analytics measure, not a replacement for ServiceTitan invoices, accounting reports, or your financial ledger.
The Jobs & Revenue Trends chart combines:
  • Completed and canceled job counts
  • Completed revenue
  • Total Avoca-attributed revenue
  • Channel-level attributed revenue in the point details
Use Campaign Performance to compare new customers, completed jobs, revenue, and average revenue per job by category. Select a category to expand its individual campaigns. Before comparing two campaigns, use the same date range and check whether one includes a different mix of completed, No Charge, maintenance, estimate, or opportunity jobs.

Resolve incomplete data

The page shows Sync Data Incomplete when:
  • ServiceTitan is not connected
  • ServiceTitan sync is disabled
  • Synced data starts after the beginning of the selected range
  • No ServiceTitan revenue data has arrived yet
Use the earliest-data date in the warning to choose a fully covered period. If values are still missing, verify the ServiceTitan connection and sync status, then compare a known completed job’s completion date, total, campaign, and category in ServiceTitan. If the Revenue tab itself is missing, confirm the selected team and ask a team administrator whether Revenue Analytics is enabled.
