Sign in at dashboard.avoca.ai and select the team you want to work in. Avoca keeps each team’s data and configuration separate, so confirm the team name before making a change.

Use the sidebar

The sidebar groups pages by purpose:
  • Home opens your team’s Avo workspace when it is enabled.
  • Analytics shows product performance. Google Ads Reporting appears separately when enabled.
  • Deploy contains Setup, Implementation, and Testing.
  • Products contains enabled products such as Responder, Outbound, Speed-to-Lead, Thumbtack, Coach, Simple Scheduler, Web Chat, Dispatching, Job Board, and Customers.
  • Channels contains operational workspaces such as legacy Calls, the newer Calls item with a NEW badge (Call Flows), Messages, Booked Calls, and Tasks.
  • Settings contains Business Info, Agents, CRM Sync, Integrations, Notifications, and Support.
Selecting a product may open a second row of tabs for that product. For example, Responder has separate pages for notifications, bookability, transfers, classification, and testing.
Your sidebar may contain fewer items. Products, tabs, and settings appear according to your team’s subscriptions, configuration, rollout access, and your user permissions.

Switch teams or update your profile

Use the team switcher near the top of the sidebar to move between teams. Its menu also provides team settings when you have access. Open the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar to:
  • Edit your profile
  • Change the sidebar appearance
  • Switch to the legacy dashboard, if your team still has that option
  • Log out
The current dashboard is the default experience. Use the legacy dashboard only when Avoca directs you to a workflow that has not yet moved.

If you cannot find a page

  1. Confirm that you selected the correct team.
  2. Check whether another teammate with the right role can see it.
  3. Confirm that the relevant product is enabled for the team.
  4. Contact Avoca Support if the page should be available but is still missing.
Opening a saved link does not bypass product or permission requirements.
