Open Settings → Business Info → Brand Kit to manage your team’s reusable brand assets. The Brand Kit has four sections:
  • Logos for brand marks that supported content tools can place in a creative
  • Colors for the approved color palette
  • Images for photos and graphics
  • Brand profile, which currently shows a coming-soon state and has no editable guidance fields

Add a logo or image

  1. Open Logos or Images.
  2. Choose Add logo or Add image.
  3. Select a PNG, JPG, or SVG file.
  4. Add a recognizable Name.
  5. Add a Usage note that tells the AI when the asset is appropriate, such as White lockup — use on navy or photos.
  6. Save the asset.
Use the Logos section for actual brand marks and Images for supporting photography or graphics. A specific usage note is more useful than a generic description.
Add only approved, current assets. Clear names such as “Primary horizontal logo” and “Technician team photo” make the library easier to review.

Add a color

  1. Open Colors and choose Add color.
  2. Enter a six-digit hexadecimal value, such as #16294A.
  3. Add an optional label such as Primary navy.
  4. Choose Add color.
Edit an asset to update its name, usage note, or color value. To replace an uploaded image file, remove the existing asset and add the new file.

Remove an asset

Use the delete action on an asset card, then confirm Remove. The asset will no longer be available to the AI, but creatives that were already generated or sent are not changed.
Removing an asset is not a way to retract previously generated content. Handle any already-published creative in the system where it was published.

Keep the library healthy

  • Remove superseded logo versions after the replacement is available.
  • Keep light, dark, and alternate marks clearly labeled.
  • Use exact brand color values rather than visually similar approximations.
  • Do not upload customer data, credentials, private documents, or images your business is not authorized to use.
  • Review the Brand Kit after a rebrand before generating new content.
