Open Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. This integration is intended for teams using calendar-based scheduling. Availability is also shaped by the arrival windows configured in Scheduling. Connecting a calendar does not by itself create working service availability.

Connect accounts

  1. Choose Connect Google Account.
  2. Complete Google’s authorization flow for the intended business-managed account.
  3. Return to Avoca and confirm that the account appears under Accounts.
  4. Repeat with Connect another account when the team needs calendars from more than one Google account.
The Accounts list shows when each account was connected. Choose Make default to set the team’s default Google account. This is separate from choosing the default calendar used for service routing.
Connect only accounts your business authorizes Avoca to use for scheduling. Review the account email before approving access so a personal calendar is not connected by mistake.

Set service routing

The Service Routing section lists the calendars discovered from connected accounts and the scheduler service types configured for the team.
  1. Choose a Default calendar. If you select No default (use Google primary), the connected account’s Google primary calendar is the fallback.
  2. For each service type, select one or more calendars that should handle it.
  3. Leave a service type set to Use default calendar when it does not need an override.
  4. Choose Save routing.
When no service-specific rule matches, Avoca uses the default calendar selection. A service type can route to multiple calendars when that is how the team’s availability should be checked.

Reconnect or remove an account

If Avoca reports that the account is missing calendar-list permission, disconnect and reconnect that account to approve the current authorization scope. Choose Remove to disconnect an account from this Avoca team. Before confirming, review the default account, default calendar, and every service-type rule that refers to calendars owned by that account. Update the routing after removal.

Validate scheduling

  1. Confirm the intended accounts and calendars are connected.
  2. Review Scheduling arrival windows for the same service type.
  3. Save a default and any service-specific routing.
  4. Test one time that should be available and one that should be blocked.
  5. Confirm that the booking lands on the expected Google calendar.
If no calendars appear, verify the connected account has visible calendars. If no service types appear, configure the team’s scheduler service types first.
