Open Deploy → Setup to see the steps assigned to your team. The guide records progress and keeps CRM, business information, booking, and agent work in the correct order.
Setup varies by product and CRM. Complete the steps shown in your dashboard and follow any instructions from your Avoca implementation team.

Connect your account and CRM

The standard ServiceTitan setup starts with:
  1. Create your Avoca account.
  2. Confirm ServiceTitan as your CRM.
  3. Enter the ServiceTitan tenant information requested by Avoca.
  4. Wait for Avoca to register the ServiceTitan application.
  5. Install Avoca from ServiceTitan.
  6. Wait for Avoca to verify the connection.
  7. Sync ServiceTitan data.
The initial catalog sync can include job types, business units, call reasons, tags, and zones. Review the imported catalog before configuring how an agent should book or classify work.

Configure the business and agent

Continue through the setup guide to:
  1. Review your business information.
  2. Add service knowledge and frequently asked questions.
  3. Configure service types, availability, and booking windows.
  4. Review the agent’s greetings, behavior, and escalation rules.
  5. Set up the phone line or other required channel.
Keep the dashboard configuration aligned with the CRM. An agent cannot reliably offer or book a service that is missing, inactive, or mapped incorrectly.

Test and go live

Before launch:
  1. Use the testing tools shown for your product.
  2. Confirm greetings, service answers, booking behavior, transfers, and call classification.
  3. Correct the source configuration rather than relying on a one-off workaround in a test.
  4. Complete the Agent goes live step with your implementation team.
Test agent may appear as an optional final step. After launch, use Deploy → Implementation to review go-live progress and Deploy → Testing to inspect test calls.
Do not replace CRM credentials, phone routing, or live availability solely to run a test. Coordinate changes that can affect production traffic with Avoca Support.
