Open Deploy → Implementation to review go-live progress for the selected team. The page appears when Implementation is enabled and your role can view implementation.
Implementation is a status tracker. Its switches do not purchase, provision, launch, pause, or deactivate an Avoca product by themselves.

Read the summary and product status

The summary counts how many customer-visible products are marked Purchased and Live. When at least one product is Purchased, Go-Live Progress compares the number marked Live with the number marked Purchased. Each product row has one of three normal statuses:
  • Not Started: Purchased and Live are both off.
  • In Progress: Purchased is on and Live is off.
  • Live: Live is on.
Purchased records that the product is included in the team’s implementation plan. Turning it on does not create a purchase or change the team’s subscription. Live records that the coordinated product launch has occurred. The Live switch is disabled until Purchased is on, but turning Live on does not activate the product’s feature flags, integrations, phone routing, campaigns, or automations. Purchased and Live are stored independently. Changing Purchased does not automatically clear Live, so turn Live off first if you are correcting a product back to Not Started.

Review each product checklist

Select Setup Checklist on a product row to expand its readiness checks. The customer-visible rows and their current checks are: Checklist completion is calculated from the team’s current saved configuration. A green check means the required value or at least one applicable record was found. It does not prove that the value is correct, complete, mapped properly, or ready for production. The count and progress bar on each row show completed checks out of the total for that product. Some CRM and ServiceTitan checks link to the corresponding integration page; the other checks are status indicators rather than editable checklist boxes. Several products reuse the same underlying team setting. For example, correcting Company Name, CRM, Service Areas, or Job Types can update more than one product checklist.

Know what the page enforces

The dashboard enforces only one prerequisite for its switches: Purchased must be on before Live can be changed. It does not require every setup check to be green. Treat the checklist as a readiness review, not an automated launch approval. A missing check may be intentional for a particular implementation, while a green check may still contain incorrect production data.

Safely mark a product Live

The Purchased and Live switches save immediately and do not open a confirmation dialog. Before changing Live:
  1. Confirm the selected Avoca team and the product included in the implementation plan.
  2. Review every setup check and investigate any missing or unexpected value.
  3. Complete product-specific testing, including the intended CRM, phone, messaging, booking, or dispatch path.
  4. Confirm the launch date, traffic routing, integrations, owners, and rollback plan with your Avoca implementation contact.
  5. Verify that the product is actually operating in production.
  6. Turn on Live, then refresh the page and confirm the summary and product badge.
If a status was changed accidentally, correct the tracker and notify the implementation team so their launch records remain aligned.
Coordinate global launch-date or cutover-date changes with your Avoca implementation contact.
