Analytics is visible only when reporting is enabled for your team and your role has permission. Individual tabs can also require a product, integration, or additional access.
Start from Overview
The Overview page links to the product analytics your team can access:- Responder: inbound call performance and outcomes
- Outbound: campaign reach, engagement, and bookings
- Speed-to-Lead: source quality, response, and conversion
Use the Analytics tabs
Depending on your team’s configuration, Analytics can include:- Metrics: definitions for call and call-flow metrics, including their calculation and drill-down population
- Custom Analytics: saved views and a guided builder for team-specific questions
- Revenue: ServiceTitan revenue, Avoca attribution, job trends, and campaign performance when the required data is available
- Oversight: annotations, evals, alerts, Playground validation, and historical backfills for teams with Oversight access
- A/B Test: create, configure, run, monitor, and stop live voice-assistant experiments for teams with configuration access
- Survey Analytics: post-call survey volume, satisfaction, resolution, feedback, and participation when enabled
Compare reports correctly
- Select the correct team.
- Apply the same date and time range to both reports.
- Match service-area, campaign, source, channel, and call filters.
- Open Metrics to confirm the numerator, denominator, and excluded records.
- Use a metric’s drill-down to inspect the records behind the value.
- Export data only after the filters match the question you are answering.
Build a custom view
When Custom Analytics is available:- Open Custom Analytics and select the option to create a view.
- Describe the business question in plain language.
- Review the proposed metric, grouping, filters, chart, and time range.
- Validate the preview against a known product report or drill-down.
- Name and save the view.
- Return to the library to edit its title or description and arrange saved views.
