Build the reusable sequence under Outbound → Workflows, then attach it to an audience and schedule under Outbound → Campaigns.

Create the workflow

  1. Open the Avoca dashboard and select the correct team.
  2. Go to Outbound → Workflows.
  3. Start from a preset, clone an existing workflow, or create one from scratch.
  4. Add the action nodes needed for the sequence. Available nodes can include calls, texts, email, human callbacks, direct mail, and channel-specific actions.
  5. Connect the nodes and configure the supported outcome and delay on each connection.
  6. Configure the message, agent, or callback settings for every action.
  7. Resolve any validation errors and save the workflow.
Workflow presets can include Speed to Lead, Member Maintenance, Reschedule, Unsold Estimates, Expiring Memberships, Happy Text, Google LSA, EDDM, and Other Outbound Campaign. The nodes available to a preset can differ.

Create the campaign

  1. Go to Outbound → Campaigns and create a campaign.
  2. Select the workflow.
  3. Choose an audience source, such as saved Avoca filters, a supported CRM audience, an uploaded file, or another option shown for your team.
  4. Review phone number, business-unit or tag filters, schedule, timezone, holidays, exclusions, and recurring limits.
  5. Preview the rendered first contact and start with a small, controlled audience.
  6. Launch or schedule the campaign.
Confirm customer eligibility and opt-out handling before launch. A technically valid workflow can still target the wrong audience if its campaign filters are too broad.
After launch, monitor the campaign and open Messages → Conversations to review replies that require a person.
