The enterprise calls dashboard gives enterprise administrators a centralized view of call activity across all teams in the organization. It combines call flow visualization, filtering, and drill-down capabilities into a single page.
The enterprise calls dashboard is available to enterprise accounts in the new dashboard at dashboard.avoca.ai. Navigate to the enterprise view and select Calls in the sidebar.

Overview

The enterprise calls page includes:
  • Sankey flow diagram showing how calls flow from intake through classification to outcome across all teams
  • Call logs table with team-level grouping and drill-down
  • Filter sidebar for narrowing results by team, date range, call outcome, and other criteria
  • Active filter pills showing which filters are currently applied
  • CSV export for downloading filtered call data
  • Auto-refresh to keep the data current

Viewing enterprise calls

Open the enterprise view

From the workspace selector in the new dashboard, select your enterprise. The enterprise sidebar will appear with enterprise-specific navigation.

Open the calls page

In the enterprise sidebar, click Calls.

Review the Sankey diagram

The top of the page shows a flow diagram of how calls are routed and resolved across all teams. Use this to spot patterns in call handling.

Filter the call logs

Open the filter sidebar to narrow results by team, date range, call outcome, or other criteria. Active filters appear as pills above the table for quick reference.

Drill down into a team

Click a team name in the call logs to view calls specific to that team. A drill-down banner appears at the top confirming which team you are viewing.

View call details

Click any individual call row to open the inline call details panel, which includes the recording, transcript, and call metadata.

Exporting data

To export the current filtered call data:
  1. Apply any filters you need
  2. Click the Export CSV button
  3. The download includes all columns visible in the current view

Enterprise KPIs

Enterprise administrators can also access a KPIs page from the enterprise sidebar. This shows aggregated performance metrics across all teams, including responder metrics and call handling statistics. The KPIs page is available under KPIs in the enterprise sidebar.
