Set Up Notifications

Configure how you want to receive notifications when bookings are made:

Email Notifications

Go to On-Call Calendar in your Avoca dashboard.

Navigate to Employee Contacts.

Enable “Receive Simple Scheduler Emails” for relevant team members.

Text Notifications (via ServiceTitan)

Go to Alerts in ServiceTitan.

Under Tags, select the tag used for Simple Scheduler bookings.

Set delivery method to text or email.
Important:Setting up notifications is especially critical if you don’t have outbound calls/texts enabled for leads that drop off during the scheduling process.
