General Settings
Basic Information
- Name Scheduler
- Configure Fees
- Can use pre-existing fees in the Avoca Dashboard
- Configure Contact Phone Number (Optional)
- Displayed in error messages for customer support (e.g., “Please contact XXX-XXX-XXXX”)
- Lead Time: (Optional) Minimum advance notice required for bookings (e.g., 60 = customers cannot book within 60 minutes)
- First Step Question: (Optional) Opening question shown to customers at the start of the booking flow

Add any custom questions or information fields you’d like to collect during the booking process. You can also display different questions based on the service type selected.- Examples include:

Booking Windows
Define your availability timeframes. The scheduler will offer morning or afternoon availability options to customers while booking into specific time windows behind the scenes.Note:Simple Scheduler works with both ACP (Adaptive Capacity Planning) and non-ACP scheduling modes.
