# Review Speed-to-Lead records

> Find a lead, understand its status, and trace every outreach and booking event.

Open **Products → Speed-to-Lead → Leads** to review individual records.

## Find the right lead

Search by customer name or phone number. Use **Filters** to narrow the list by:

* Status
* Lead source
* Service area
* Date and time range
* Test-number inclusion

The list shows the customer, source, status, lead type, location data, notes, and received time. Select a row to open its **Lead Journey**.

## Interpret lead status

* **Contacted - Booked:** outreach occurred and a booking was attributed to the lead.
* **Contacted - Not Booked:** outreach occurred without an attributed booking.
* **Campaign Completed - Not Booked:** the workflow finished without an attributed booking.
* **Not Contacted:** outreach did not start or could not complete.

For a lead that was not contacted, inspect the reason shown with its status. Common causes include a missing phone number, source not assigned to an audience, no campaign, a duplicate lead, or a failed workflow step.

## Read the Lead Journey

The journey presents events in order, including:

* Lead receipt and source attribution
* Addition to an audience
* Entry into a campaign
* Text conversations
* Outbound calls
* Attributed bookings

Use **View Call** or **View Conversation** when shown to inspect the underlying interaction. A linked CRM job can also be opened when the integration provides it.

## Investigate a missing contact

1. Confirm that the customer phone number is valid.
2. Check the displayed status reason.
3. Open **Speed-to-Lead → Settings** and confirm the source is connected and covered by an active or fallback campaign.
4. Confirm that the selected workflow is published and its phone-number mappings are complete.
5. Review the Webhooks log or source email setup to verify ingestion.
6. Check campaign and workflow status before retrying any action available to your role.

<Warning>
  Reprocessing a lead can start customer outreach. Confirm that the source configuration is corrected, the customer is still eligible, and another recent contact will not create a duplicate experience before proceeding.
