# Happy texts audience

> Check in with customers a few days after their job.

Text customers a few days after their job to check how it went. It's a friendly way to catch problems early and keep customers happy.

## Set it up

**1. Start a new filter**

Go to **Products → Outbound → Audience Filters**, select **New Filter**, and name it "Happy texts". New to filters? See [Create an audience](https://help.avoca.ai/outbound/audiences.md).

**2. Include customers with a recent job**

In the **Include** group, add this rule:

| Category | Field | Setting |
| - | - | - |
| **Job** | **Last Completed Job Date** | **relative**, from 5 days in the past to 1 day in the past |

Choosing **relative** keeps the audience moving with today's date.

**3. Leave out customers you never text**

Add an **Exclude** group with this rule:

| Category | Field | Setting |
| - | - | - |
| **Customer** | **Customer Tag** | Your tags to skip, like **Do Not Service** or **Do Not Call** |

**4. Check it and save**

Look at **Potential Reach**, select **view** to see the people on the list, then select **Save**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Your tag names come from your own ServiceTitan account, so use the ones you already have.

## Next steps

Build the [workflow](https://help.avoca.ai/outbound/workflows.md) that sends the texts, then put it together in a [campaign](https://help.avoca.ai/outbound/campaigns.md).
