# Configure ServiceTitan

> Review the ServiceTitan connection, booking identity, catalog mappings, and optional priority features used by Avoca.

Open **Settings → Integrations → CRM → ServiceTitan**. The ServiceTitan page contains the configuration Avoca uses to read CRM data and, for enabled products, create or update records.

## Establish the connection

Initial ServiceTitan setup can require app registration and credential work coordinated by Avoca. On the **API Credentials** tab:

* If no connection exists, the page prompts you to set up the integration.
* ServiceTitan API credentials are visible and editable only to authorized Avoca staff.
* Customer admins can review the connection and the customer-editable configuration shown for their team.
* The default **Agent & Campaign** must be selected for Avoca-created bookings; the page warns when either value is missing.

Contact Avoca through an approved secure channel if credentials need to be added or rotated. Do not put ServiceTitan secrets in a support-ticket description.

## Review the catalog tabs

After the connection is active, review:

* **Job Types** for the work Avoca may classify or book
* **Business Units** for operating-unit mappings
* **Tags** for the tags Avoca may read or apply
* **Call Reasons** for Avoca-to-ServiceTitan call-reason mapping

Use the available import or sync action to find newly created ServiceTitan records. Review unsynced items before enabling them, and give customer-facing options clear names. The matching **Business Info** pages provide team-oriented views of Job Types, Business Units, and Tags; they do not replace the ServiceTitan catalog.

## Optional priority features

The following tabs appear only when enabled:

* **Priority Overbooking** reviews supported priority-overbooking behavior and events.
* **Job Priority Definitions** maps configured criteria to ServiceTitan job priorities.

Do not infer that one of these features is active from the ServiceTitan connection alone.

## Validate booking

1. Confirm the integration shows a connected state.
2. Confirm the Agent and Campaign used for bookings.
3. Sync and enable the test Job Type, Business Unit, and required Tags.
4. Review Business Info, Booking Windows, and Responder bookability for the same combination.
5. Run an approved test booking.
6. Verify the customer, location, job, appointment, campaign, agent, and tags in ServiceTitan.

<Warning>
  Deleting or reconfiguring the ServiceTitan integration can interrupt lookup, booking, CRM Sync, audience filters, and customer notifications. Coordinate any credential rotation or deletion with Avoca first.
