# Does Avoca support two-way sync with ServiceTitan?

> Understand the difference between configured CRM imports and selected product actions that write to ServiceTitan.

Avoca supports ServiceTitan data flowing in both directions, but it is not a universal two-way mirror of every object and field.

## ServiceTitan to Avoca

Configured entities are imported through **Settings → CRM Sync**. Depending on your setup, these can include customers, locations, jobs, appointments, bookings, estimates, invoices, memberships, catalog data, technicians, and employees.

## Avoca to ServiceTitan

An enabled product can perform selected ServiceTitan writes as part of a supported action—for example, creating or updating the records needed for a booking or reschedule, or applying configured CRM metadata. The exact write depends on the product, integration settings, permissions, and source record.

Do not assume that every Avoca transcript, summary, note, tag, status, or custom field is automatically written to every ServiceTitan record.

## Verify a workflow

1. Open [the Avoca dashboard](https://dashboard.avoca.ai) and run a controlled test for the product action.
2. Review the call, conversation, booking, or campaign result in Avoca.
3. Check the intended customer, location, job, or appointment in ServiceTitan.
4. Review **Settings → CRM Sync → Logs** for related sync failures.
5. Open **Settings → Support** if the expected write is missing.

<Tip>
  Describe the exact business action when requesting help—for example, “book an appointment and apply this job type”—instead of asking whether “two-way sync” is on. That makes the required fields and direction clear.
