# Review Google Ads Reporting

> Compare account- and campaign-level Google Local Services Ads performance for a selected date range.

Open **Google Ads Reporting** in the main sidebar. This page appears only when reporting is enabled for your team and your role can view messages.

Google Ads Reporting summarizes connected Google Local Services Ads accounts. It is separate from Avoca's conversation reporting and does not configure how the message agent responds.

## Review account performance

1. Select the date range in the upper-right corner.
2. Find the correct connected business account.
3. Review its totals for **Impressions**, **Clicks**, **Conversions**, **All Conversions**, and **Cost**.
4. Compare the account totals with the campaign table beneath them.

Currency is shown using the connected account's currency. Conversion totals can include fractional values when Google Ads attribution reports them that way.

## Review campaign performance

The campaign table breaks the same period down by campaign and shows:

* Campaign name and status
* Impressions and clicks
* Conversions and all conversions
* Cost

Use the same date range when comparing this page with Google Ads or another report. Differences in attribution windows, time zones, conversion definitions, or account scope can make similar-looking totals differ.

## Troubleshoot missing data

* **No connected account:** coordinate the Google LSA account connection with Avoca.
* **A connected account could not be loaded:** note the account and error shown on the page, then contact Avoca Support.
* **No campaign activity:** confirm the date range and campaign status in the source account.
* **Only some accounts failed:** the page reports those accounts separately; data from the accounts that loaded successfully remains visible.

For conversation handling, AI settings, escalation recipients, and opt-outs, see [Google Local Services Ads](/integrations/google-lsa).
