# Simple Scheduler: Setting Up Notifications

## Set Up Notifications

Configure how you want to receive notifications when bookings are made:

### Email Notifications

<Steps>
  <Step>Go to **On-Call Calendar** in your Avoca dashboard.</Step>
  <Step>Navigate to **Employee Contacts**.</Step>
  <Step>Enable "Receive Simple Scheduler Emails" for relevant team members.</Step>
</Steps>

### Text Notifications (via ServiceTitan)

<Steps>
  <Step>Go to **Alerts** in ServiceTitan.</Step>
  <Step>Under **Tags**, select the tag used for Simple Scheduler bookings.</Step>
  <Step>Set delivery method to text or email.</Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  **Important:**

  Setting up notifications is especially critical if you don't have outbound calls/texts enabled for leads that drop off during the scheduling process.
