# Navigating the Agent Performance Dashboard

> **Goal:** Assist end users to gain a better insight into team call data

## Agent Performance

* Gives a high level overview of your team strengths and weakness based on the rubric you provided
* Based on the filters chosen the metrics dashboard will showcase call data

## Agent Details

* Select the agent you want to review to open a detailed view.
* Using the selected date range, the agent’s calls are evaluated against the grading rubric.
  * *This view is ideal for manager–agent 1:1s and helps maintain transparency across the team.*
